Refunds & Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal and follow the prompts to get started. If you have any trouble, you can reach us at info@envistiamall.com and we will reply within 24 hours.
Free Returns:
We offer Free Returns as an optional add-on at checkout for a small fee. If you added Free Returns to your order, your return shipping label is covered — there are no additional label fees when sending an item back.
- Free Returns cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
- Free Returns coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
- If Free Returns was not selected at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days, depending upon your card issuer's policies.
If you did not purchase Free Returns at checkout, the cost of your return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you need to make an exchange for the same item or for a different one, please initiate your exchange through our returns portal.
Shipping
To return your product, please use our returns portal to initiate your return and receive shipping instructions.
If you did not purchase Free Returns, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
