Basic 2-wire 12VDC powered BLDC fan that works well at a fixed speed for the price . Relatively quiet for the amount of airflow generated. As an aside, I noted that the RPM is moderately affected by the actual voltage. This could be exploited to lower fan speed, if desired (i.e. note--PWM chopping of the power rail to control the speed of a two-wire BLDC fan is not always safe for the embedded BLDC controller.) However, operation at lower speeds may need a power-on circuit that starts at 12VDC and then decays slightly in voltage to ensure reliable starts while maintaining a lower speed (I.e. I have not yet characterized starts at lower voltages).
