The ezTCP CIE-M10A is a remote I/O control module that supports 8 digital input ports, 8 digital output ports, and 1 analog input port. The module provides the functionality to monitor and control the input/output port through its Ethernet interface.
Since the I/O contacts can be controlled through Ethernet, I/O equipment can be efficiently managed from anywhere. In addition, the CIE-M10A provides a serial ↔ TCP/IP conversion function, so you can easily manage serial devices without additionally applying a separate serial wired LAN module.
The Modbus/TCP (or Serialized Modbus/TCP) protocol is used to control the contacts of the CIE-M10A, and since the web method is also supported, the output port can be controlled from anywhere through the website. Users can change the control screen to suit their needs. Additionally, a Macro function that automatically controls the output port by a simple logic expression according to the input port is also provided.
The ezTCP CIE-M10A can be used in any environment where there are I/O devices that need monitoring and control and is especially suitable for applications such as Internet Switches.
