These Texas Instruments (TI) NE555P timer ICs are precision timing circuits capable of producing accurate time delays or oscillation. They are supplied in a standard DIP-8 (Dual In-line Package) for easy breadboarding and prototyping.

In the time-delay or monostable mode, the timed interval is controlled by a single external resistor and capacitor. In astable mode, the frequency and duty cycle can be independently adjusted using two external resistors and one capacitor.

These are genuine, factory-sourced TI (Texas Instruments) NE555P devices.
