Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

For US orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 flat rate via USPS or UPS
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $75 (calculated before taxes, after discounts)

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Available carriers include USPS, UPS, and DHL.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • US Domestic: 2-7 business days after processing
  • International: 4-21 business days (varies by destination)

All shipments include tracking information, which is sent to you via email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75. The free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied. Free shipping orders are delivered via USPS or UPS within 2-7 business days.

Does Envistia Mall ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping options include USPS, UPS, and DHL (availability varies by destination). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • All returns require prior authorization

To initiate a return, email info@envistiamall.com with your name, purchase date, and reason for return. We will reply within 24 hours with a return authorization number.

How do I get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer's policies.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Can I exchange a product?

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email info@envistiamall.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
