Free Shipping

Note: Free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations with the following terms:
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
- Carrier Selection: You choose your preferred shipping method during checkout
- Available Carriers: USPS, UPS and DHL (options vary by destination)
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: Varies by destination (typically 4-21 business days)
Important International Shipping Information
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking: All international shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order ships.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we may be unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (depending on carrier and destination)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for availability)

Lost or Damaged Packages
Domestic Orders: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Orders: For international shipments, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date for lost or damaged packages.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships—please contact us immediately.
