This 20mm x 20mm x 10mm gold anodized aluminum heatsink is designed to remove heat from many types of electronic components. They are specifically designed to work with the 10W LEDs that we carry. The heatsinks include 3M heat-conductive double-sided adhesive tape. Just peel the backing paper off the tape and adhere your component to the heatsink. You can also remove the tape, and use thermal compound in place of the thermal tape.
The cooling capability of these heatsinks can be increased by providing airflow across the heatsink fins. Our 12V 40mm fans and 5V 40mm fans are ideal for this.
