💡 Tips
Always use a current-limiting resistor with this LED — running it directly off a battery or supply voltage above 3.2V without one can burn it out almost instantly. For a typical 5V supply, a 100–150Ω resistor works well at 20mA. As with any UV light source, avoid prolonged direct eye exposure.
